South African by heart, living the Dutch life with zest!

With 18 years of experience in the health, beauty, and fitness industry, Monique brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her work. For nearly 11 years, she has been sharing her love for Pilates, mainly focusing on women's health, fascial health, and functional biomechanics. Monique is not your average instructor—she's loud, passionate, creative, and fun! Get ready to be challenged in ways you never imagined as she guides you through unique fitness experiences. Monique's expertise extends beyond Pilates; she is a Comprehensive Basi Pilates instructor and a BungeeFit instructor with deep knowledge of human movement and anatomy.

SAMANTHA PEARSE

Sam has been in the wellness industry for 25 years, but her passion for understanding the human body and teaching movement started when she was six, teaching imaginary clients aerobics in her backyard! Her studies and own training have covered everything from group fitness in various disciplines to personal training and sports massage. Trying to navigate her health challenges led Sam to discover a deep passion for nutrition, and she added an internationally certified nutrition coach to her achievements. She uses this holistic understanding of wellness to educate every client she is privileged to teach.

Sam's classes are not just about fitness but fun, challenge, and empowerment. Known as “The Silent Assassin” by her class attendees, Sam's teaching technique involves offering profound and inspirational thoughts while guiding clients through pulsing squats. She believes in the power of functional movement and strength for everyday life, and she leads her clients through these movements with a sense of humour and purpose. Be prepared to leave Sam’s classes with shaky legs and a smile, ready to take on the world.

But before she is a business owner and trainer, Sam is a devoted wife and mother of two teenagers, and she loves nothing more than to curl up on the couch with her family to watch a good movie. She believes strongly in balance in all areas of life and always aims to lead by example. If you want to grow your strength, beliefs and glutes, Sam has the class for you!
