With 25 years of experience in the wellness industry, Sam’s passion for movement and teaching started young—at just six years old, she was leading imaginary aerobics classes in her backyard. Today, she combines that lifelong enthusiasm with an impressive range of qualifications, including certifications in Pilates (ACE), group fitness, personal training, and sports massage. Her journey to overcome personal health challenges also ignited a deep love for nutrition, leading her to earn an international certification as a nutrition coach.
Sam’s holistic approach to wellness empowers every client she teaches. Her classes are more than a workout; they’re a dynamic mix of fun, challenge, and inspiration. Known affectionately as "The Silent Assassin," Sam blends humour and encouragement with powerful functional movements—expect pulsing squats paired with thought-provoking insights. Outside the studio, Sam is a devoted wife and mother of two teenagers. She treasures family movie nights on the couch and believes in leading a balanced life. Sam is a living example of strength, resilience, and positivity, whether she's inspiring clients or her children.

For nearly 11 years, she has been sharing her love for Pilates, mainly focusing on women's health, fascial health, and functional biomechanics.
